Breakfast: Green smoothie (spinach, 1 cup water, raspberries, 1/2 banana, handful of old fashioned oats)
Lunch: Peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat, apple, coffee with Silk Very Vanilla
Dinner: Burrito with beans, mushrooms, tomato, avocado and beans on the side with carrot sticks.
Although I didn’t have any classes today, I had one meeting after another. What a crazy day!
